Who we're looking for
We work exclusively with senior, practice-ready clinicians. No juniors, no provisional registrations — the bar matches the kind of practice we're building.
- AHPRA-registered psychologist (PsyBA), unconditional general or clinical registration
- Practice-ready: experienced, autonomous, comfortable running your own clinical decisions
- Own ABN and professional indemnity (PI) insurance
- Stable internet and a private space for telehealth sessions
- Aligned with the practice's values — quality over scale, client experience non-negotiable

Life Psychology Australia is the AHPRA-registered psychology practice. Founded by Zoe Semmler (Registered Psychologist, MAPS), the practice serves clients across Australia via secure telehealth.
Bloom is the platform the practice operates on — secure video, AI-assisted notes, Medicare claims via Tyro Health, NDIS billing, Stripe Connect payouts, supervision marketplace, and a clinician community feed. Bloom is the software; you join Life Psychology Australia and use it.
The thesis is simple: the best telehealth practice in Australia is one where senior psychologists keep clinical autonomy, the admin layer doesn't eat clinical hours, and the network compounds because clinicians genuinely want to be part of it.
